Knights Tennis Takes 3rd at State

The 2009 Lincoln Southeast High School Boys Tennis Team captured 3rd place at the State High School Meet in Omaha, Oct. 15-16 behind Creighton Prep and Omaha Westside.
LSE's No. 1 doubles team of Seth Shimerda and Seth Garnett, both seniors, won 2nd place overall. The Knights went all the way to the finals where they got beat by Creighton Prep.
Junior Grant Tesmer placed 3rd place in the No. 1 singles competition.
The 2009 LSE Boys Junior Varsity and Reserve Tennis Teams each won 1st place in their respective City Tournaments.
